A Video of a dog chained to a car and dragged around in Jodhpur, Rajasthan went Viral. A case was registered against the driver, Dr. Rajneesh Galwa under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals act. The dog was rescued by commuters who unchained the dog and contacted an NGO who took the dog to a hospital.
