AASU along with other organizations staged sit-in protest against Citizenship Amendment Act 2019 in Jagi Road on Friday.
Protesters chanted anti-CAA slogans during the protest.
Meanwhile, Bharatiya Janata Party (Assam Pradesh) along with its allies AGP and BPF launched peace rally in Jagi Road on the same day.
