A cycle thief was caught by the locals in Sonari in middle of the day and was publically thrashed. An irked mob of locals tied the thief to an electric pole and beaten him black and blue. Meanwhile, Sonari Police rushed to the spot and arrested the thief and rescued him for the fury of the irate mob.
