GUWAHATI: Five State boxers ensured medals in the Khelo India Junior and Youth Girls boxing at the SAI Sports complex in the city yesterday. All five boxers entered into the semi final defeating their respective opponents. Among the five boxers, who ensured medals yesterday, three are from the Youth category and they are Ilajyoti Pegu (46 kg), Rimpi Pegu (48kg) and Bharat Kumari (50kg). On the other hand Punyabati Kalita (52kg) and Mainao Boro (54kg) also entered into the last four stage of the competition in youth category.
