NEW DELHI: Devajit Saikia, the incumbent joint-secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has filed his nomination for the secretary’s post, which has been lying vacant since December last year after Jay Shah moved to the International Cricket Council (ICC) as its chair.
As reported by Sportstar earlier, Chhattisgarh’s Prabhtej Singh Bhatia is set to succeed Ashish Shelar as the treasurer after he was the lone applicant for the position.
