Assam Premier Club Cricket Championship: Nambor Club Win By 31 runs

GUWAHATI: Nambor Club, Golaghat defeated Bongaigaon Cricket Coaching Centre by 31 runs in the final round match of the Assam Premier Club Cricket Championship held at the ACA Stadium here today. A terrific spell from Vikrant Sehwag (5-18) restricted Nambor club’s innings to 163 in 34.4 overs. Wasiqur Rahman, scored half century in the innings, fought lone battler for his team. He took 47 balls to score 65 with the help of five boundaries and same number of over boundaries. Later Bongaigaon Cricket Coaching Centre were bowled out 132 thanks to a nice spell from Kunal Sarma (5-35). Tomorrow’s match: Cricket Club of Dibrugarh vs Goalpara DSA Cricket Academy.
