GUWAHATI: U-10, U-12 and U-14 Assam State Fencing Championship got under way at Dudhnoi today. The inaugural function was attended by Queen Oja, MP of Guwahati as the Chief Guest. Durga Das Boro and Jadab Swargiyari, both are Members of Legislative Assembly of Assam, were also present in the inaugural function. Altogether 98 fencers from 9 districts are participating in the tournament.
