GUWAHATI: Gauhati University is going to host Inter-University East Zone Basketball (W) Tournament 2018-19 under the aegis of Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi from November 9-11. The competition will be held at GU campus. Altogether 36 Universities from Eastern Part of India and 450 Cagers along with 70 team managers, Coaches will participate in the Tournament. It may be mentioned that Gauhati University is hosting Basketball Tournament for the 1st time at GU campus under AIU, New Delhi.
