GUWAHATI: Assam showcased remarkable performance in the 9th Senior and 5th U-25 National Lawn Bowl Championship that concluded in Delhi on Thursday. The team claimed the Best Team Award in the U-25 men’s category and emerged as runners-up in the Senior men’s category.
The contingent collected an impressive tally of 8 medals, comprising 4 gold, 1 silver, and 3 bronze. Adding to the accolades, Putul Sonowal was recognized as the Best Player in the men’s competition.
