GUWAHATI: Exciting news for cricket fans in Guwahati! The ACA Cricket Stadium in Barsapara is set to host two IPL 2025 matches in the last week of March. The first match will take place on March 26, followed by the second on March 30.
Rajasthan Royals, who previously used the ACA Stadium as their home ground, have once again chosen the venue for their first two home matches. They will face Kolkata Knight Riders on March 26 and take on Chennai Super Kings on March 30. Both the matches will begin on 7-30 PM.
This will mark Chennai Super Kings’ first-ever visit to Guwahati for an IPL match. Meanwhile, Kolkata Knight Riders, who played here last season, had their game against Rajasthan Royals abandoned due to rain.
Meanwhile, a group of Rajasthan Royals players, along with head coach Rahul Dravid and spin bowling coach Sairaj Bahutule, arrived in Guwahati today for a six-day training camp. The camp is set to begin at the ACA Stadium in Barsapara on Monday.
