GUWAHATI: The top three positions in the medal tally remained unchanged at the end of Day IV of the Khel Maharan on Saturday. Jorhat continue to lead with 31 medals (12 gold, 15 silver, 4 bronze). Kamrup (M) holds the second position with a total of 21 medals, including 8 gold, 3 silver, and 10 bronze. Kamrup is in third place with 7 medals (4 gold, 2 silver, 1 bronze).
In Kabaddi, all the finals were concluded today. In the women’s U-16 category, Dibrugarh emerged victorious, defeating Darrang 36-34. Similarly, in the men’s U-16 category, Dibrugarh triumphed over Darrang with a 36-22 scoreline. In the men’s U-20 section, Nagaon claimed the title by defeating Chirang 32-17, while Kokrajhar bagged the women’s U-20 title, beating Goalpara 25-18.
