GUWAHATI: Unseeded Kristi Boro caused a major upset by defeating 4th seed Hetvee Chaudhari in three grueling sets 3-6, 6-3, 6-0 in the ITF Juniors Tennis Tournament which got under way at the AATA complex in the city today. With this victory Kristi moved into the U-18 girls' singles pre quarter finals. However two Assam boys Kritanta Sarma and Antariksh Tamuly lost their 1st round singles matches today.
