GUWAHATI: Mrinmoy Dutta will lead Assam in the forthcoming Men's State 'A' U-25 One Day Cricket which will begin on November 17. Assam will start their campaign in Guwahati on November 18 with the match against Manipur. The other teams in the group are Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Meghalaya and Sikkim.
ACA Stadium, Barsapara, Nehru Stadium and the newly built Amingaon Stadium will be the venues for the competition.
The squad: Mrinmoy Dutta (Captain), Abhisekh Thakuri (VC), Riyan Parag, Denish Das, Nibir Deka, Nihar Deka, Subham Mandal, Nasir Ullah, Bishal Roy, Saahil Jain, Kumal Sarma, Amlanjyoti Das, Roshan Alam, Abir Chakraborty, Siddharth Sarma, Mekhael Doley, Mukhtar Hussain, Abdul Aziz Kuraishi, Dasarath Kumar and Akash Sengupta.
