PARIS: Paris Saint-Germain will head to third-tier Le Mans in the last 16 of the French Cup after the draw was made on Thursday.

PSG, 15-time winners, squeezed through to the next round after beating fifth-division Espaly on Wednesday while Le Mans, the home of the 24 hour car race, beat Valenciennes on penalties earlier in the week.

Fifth-tier Bourgoin-Jallieu have been handed a game against Ligue 1’s Reims in the round to be held on February 4-5, having dramatically surprised Lyon this week. Bourgoin-Jallieu’s fellow National 3 club Dives Cabourg will head to Cannes from a league above them. Agencies
