The Directorate of Dairy Development, Assam, Khanapara, Guwahati-22, Assam invites bids in electronic tendering System from reputed Manufacturer/Authorized Dealer/Authorized Distributors/ Agents for supply, installation and commissioning of Milk Analyzer with accessories under the scheme "Organisation of 200 DCSs in 21 districts' under Annual Budget for the year 2020-21.
Date of release of invitation of bids through e-procurement: 09/12/2020.
Availability of Bid documents and mode of submission: The bid documents is available online from 11/12/2020 to 30/12/2020 and the bid should be submitted online in https://assamtenders.gov.in The intending Bidders must have the valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class-II (Minimum) for processing this e-Tender through e-procurement document and have to register in the portal https://assamtenders.gov.in by themselves. As per Office Memorandum of Finance Department, Govt of Assam vide No. FEB.269/2017/27 dated 21/08/2019 the intending bidders are required to deposit the tender processing fees online in the website https://assamtenders.gov.in to participate in the bidding. The EMD/bid security as per clause 16 of Section II (Instructions to bidder) must be deposited online in the website https://assamtenders.gov.in as per the procedure contained in the additional document (Section- XV) and non deposit of bid security by the bidder shall be summarily rejected.
The bidders are required to submit the Authorization letter as per Section-X of bid document. Last date/Time for receipt of bids:- 30/12/2020 up to 5:00 PM
