Sealed Quotations affixing Court Fee stamp (Non-refund-able) worth Rs 8.25 (Rope. Eight & Twenty-Five Pain) only are hereby invited from the register.' Contractor/Firm of WR Deptt. for the year 2020.21 for the working estimate viz- "Construction of drainage channel (including re-sectioning and regarding) from the sluice at Bhetamukh to Ghorajan beel, Gauripur." The Quotations will be received by the undersigned up to 2.00 P.M. of 14.09.2020 and will be opened on the same day. If the date of receiving, opening quotations happens to be a holiday for any unforeseen reason, the next working day will be considered as the last day for receipt, opening of quotations. The Quotationers or their authorized agent may remain present at the time of opening tenders.
Detail Quotation papers may be seen and obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours on all working day up to 1.00 P.M 14.09.2020.
a) Special terms and conditions:
1. Rates are to be quoted both in words and figures clearly against each item of work.
2. Thc rate quoted will be inclusive of taxes and including delivery of materials at site of work within the jurisdiction of Guwahati East W.R. Division, Guwahati -08 as mentioned in the schedule of items. Thc tax will be deducted as per rates at the time of payment of bills as per existing rules in due course.
3.No overwriting/ incomplete quotation will be accepted and will be rejected forthwith.
4. Vorks may be allotted on the basis of approved quota) rate and will solely rest under the discretionary power of the undersigned.
