The lender notice issued vide No NHM/C-CW/Day Care PHC(20-21)/ Meramukh/Lakhimpur/4143/20/49 dated Guwahati the 12/6/2020 for the work "Construction of New Day Care PHC at Meramukh in Lakhimpur District under NHM; Assam on turnkey basis" is hereby extended as follows:-

1. Submission of Bid: 22/07/2020 (end date) at 14:00 hrs. (end time)
2. Opening of Bid: 23/07/2020 at 15:30 hrs
3. All other terms and conditions will remain same.
