Nalbari Division (Irrigation), Nalbari invite tender for the work of MDTWIS to be executed under RIDF-XXV (NABARD)

NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders in prescribed form eventually to be drawn in A.P.W.D. F-2 form of agreement affixing Non-Refundable Court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight and Paise Twenty Five) only are hereby invited from eligible registered contractor of Irrigation Department, Assam for the work " 7 (Seven) nos. of MDTWIS [6 (Six) nos. @ Rs. 30.00 Lakhs (Rupees Thirty Lakhs) per Point and 1 (One) no. @ Rs. 40.00 Lakhs (Rupees Fourty Lakhs) "to be executed under RIDF-XXV (NABARD) during the year 2019-20 under Nalbari Division (Irrigation), Nalbari. Detailed specification of works, terms & conditions etc. may be seen / had from the Office of the undersigned during 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM in all working days up to 20th day of October, 2020.

The tender will be received up to 01:00 PM in the Office of the undersigned of 21.10.2020 and will be opened on the same date and place on 02:00 PM. If for any reason the last date for issuing or receiving the tender paper is declared as Holiday or Bandh, the tender paper will be issued or received on the next working day in the same time and place as mentioned above. Earnest Money :2% for General and 1% for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/UGE

Special Clause

1. The contractors will have to submit the copy of up to date Registration Certificate, GST certificate, Labour License, PAN Card.
2. The payment of work shall be made subject to the availability of fund and no claim will be entertained for interest /delayed payment in future thereof.
3. The undersigned reserves the right to accept/ reject any or all the tender without assigning any reason thereof and will not be bound to accept the lowest rate.

Unsealed tenders will summarily be rejected.
