GUWAHATI: The Kamrup District Session Court on Monday pronounced 20-year rigorous imprisonment (RI) to four drug traders – Majibur Rahman, Abdul Kalam, Ram Milan and Saurav Khan. They had been arrested in 2016 by the Narcotics Control Bureau.
