GUWAHATI: With the death of two more persons — one each from Kokrajhar and South Salmara districts — on Saturday, the State's flood toll has risen to 42.
Altogether 6,01,456 persons are affected in 1,109 villages and localities in 49Revenue Circles across 20 districts. The major rivers are flowing above the danger level at several places, stated the daily flood bulletin of ASDMA.
