GUWAHATI: Education Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Sunday said the State Government will start giving laptops to meritorious students who cleared the HSLC/AHM exams 2019, from next week. The laptops will be sent to the schools.
On other hand in view of the ongoing COVID-driven lockdown situation, the government has decided to give cash award of Rs 20,000 to students who came out with flying colours in the HSLC/AHM 2020 exams results declared on Saturday.
