Guwahati: In a significant step, in light of the situation arising from the India-Pakistan conflict, the Assam government today issued a notice for Assam's students studying at different places outside the state. The notice, issued by the resident commissioner of Assam Bhawan at New Delhi, advises such students to contact certain officials posted there at the phone numbers provided below in case of any help or assistance required by them.
