GUWAHATI, Feb 3: The Assam Valley Literary Award 2017 has been awarded to three litterateurs, mely Dr Rita Choudhury, Director of tiol Book Trust; prominent poet of the tea community Santa Tanti, and litterateur of Aruchal Pradesh writing in Assamese language Yesi Dorse Tangsi. This was announced this by Williamson Magor literary Trust on Wednesday. The award has been given since 1990.The awards would be distributed in March.
