GUWAHATI: Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Wednesday congratulated the rank holders and all those who passed in the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and High Madrassa Examination of the State and wished them a bright future ahead. Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal also congratulated the first rank holder in this year’s HSLC Meghashree Bora while talking to her over telephone and wished for her bright future.
