GUWAHATI: While the death toll on the COVID-19 in the state fell to 44 on Saturday, the positive rate declined to 3.26 per cent from 3.68 per cent yesterday. As many as 3,781 new cases were detected in the State on Saturday. While 322 cases were detected in Cachar, 276 cases were detected in Kamrup (M), 273 in Dibrugarh and 267in Sinsukia.
