Guwahati, Dec 23: The State Government has placed Director of Pension Nemai Chandra Das under suspension with immediate effect. "Being a government servant, Das has violated the rules in the Assam Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1965. He made some derogatory remarks in print media against Assam Chief Minister on December 5 last," official sources said.
