Assam Educational Institutions Closed: In suppression of its earlier order, the Assam State Education Department has directed the closure of all educational institutions from pre-primary to university level along with hostels and coaching centres from May 6, 2021 until further orders. However, online mode of education will continue. The attendance of office sections of the educational institutions will be guided by ASDMA guidelines, a notification said.
