SIVASAGAR: Lurinjyoti Gogoi has been selected as the first president of the Asom Jatiya Parishad (AJP) while Pabindra Deka and Jagadish Bhuyan have been appointed as the working president and general secretary respectively. Altogether 11 vice presidents including Adip Phukan were selected as vice presidents on the concluding day of the party's maiden conference in Sivasagar on Thursday.
