The Assam Police have sounded an alert and asked all internet users not to click spam links that lure people on the pretext of upgrading their internet network from 4G to 5G. The police advised internet users to spot and block the scammers. Scammers also send scam calls and messages promising to upgrade users' networks from 4G to 5G. The scammers use all these tactics to gain access to internet users' data.
