Guwahati, February 10: The chairman of the insurgent outfit KPLT Donri Kramsa was arrested by a joint team of police, army and CRPF from Karbi Anglong district today. SP Mugdhajyoti Mahanta told The Sentinel he was arrested from Parokhowa area of the district.
