BISWANATH CHARIALI: The police did not stop anyone from wearing black colour clothes while attending the Chief Minister’s meeting at Behali in Biswanath district. Reacting to video reports that went viral on social media also, Superintendent of Police of Biswanath, Rakesh Roshan claimed in front of media persons at a press meet held at his office on Tuesday evening that police had only forbidden people from taking black flags, handkerchiefs or scarves to the meeting site. The video shows a mother taking off the black jacket which her infant was wearing.
