Guwahati, Dec 3: Inspector Jaulat Thanga Baruah, the officer in-charge of mrup Police Station, has been placed under suspension on charges of dereliction of duty, two days after suspected ULFA militants opened fire and wounded two Hindi-speaking people at a stone crushing unit there.
