New Delhi, Nov 9: The winter session of parliament will begin on November 26 and last till December 23, the government said on Monday. The session is expected to be stormy in the light of the BJP’s defeat in Bihar elections and opposition parties on war path on issues like ‘rising intolerance’ and return of awards by intellectuals.
