GUWAHATI, April 12: Speculation is rife now as who will head the Assam Police from the next month with the present DGP Mukesh Sahay is retiring from his service on April 30. The mes of four top Assam Police officials are doing the rounds in Dispur and political circles. The probable successors of Mukesh Sahay are Pallab Bhattacharya, Special DG of SB, Kula Saikia, Special DG of law and order, A.P. Rawat, DG of Civil Defense, fire and emergency services and R.M. Singh, DG (Border) and CMD of Assam Police Housing Corporation.
