Guwahati, Dec 26: Exterl Affairs minister Sushma Swaraj arrived in Guwahati on Saturday on a two-day visit to the State. She is scheduled to leave for Silchar on Sunday morning where she would be addressing a rally of party workers from Karimganj, Dima Hasao, Cachar and Hailakandi districts.
