GUWAHATI: Astrologer Pulin Chandra Sarma says that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s chosen time for lighting flames, torches or mobiles flashes is heavily laden with astrological significance.

In similar astronomical logic, the Prime Minister has also chosen 9 pm for 9 minutes for lighting flames as that gives the triple effect of Mars making us three-time more powerful and enthusiast to defeat anything evil.
