Guwahati: Dumper truck crashes into hoarding pole

GUWAHATI: A major road accident occurred in the Bhangagarh area of Guwahati on Sunday when a dumper truck, loaded with stones and bearing registration number AS01JC 7121, lost control and rammed into a hoarding pole under the flyover. The vehicle was reportedly en route from Ganeshguri to Ulubari when the incident took place. The impact was severe, causing the hoarding pole to collapse. The driver fled the scene immediately after the collision, leaving the vehicle behind. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported. Authorities have initiated an investigation into the incident and are working to trace the absconding driver.
