BAKSA: The number of COVID cases is increasing in Tamulpur subdivision. Three persons who went for COVID test at Nagrijuli Model Hospital on Tuesday tested positive. They are Tangka Bahadur Chetri (57) of Notun Howli village, Sahdev Bagh (38), a labourer from Nagrijuli tea garden, and Kunjalata Swargiyari (60) of Tebitola village.

On the other hand, the persons who tested positive in the Rapid Antigen Test conducted at Tamulpur Primary Health Centre are Kailash Deka (76), Sabitri Deka (65), Pratap Deka (47), Arpana Deka (30), Rituraj Deka (21) and Pallab Kalita (26) of village Charangbari, Anupam Rabha (27) of Padmapar village, Jutika Kalita (12) of Kalakuchi Teteliguri village, Block Program Manager of Tamulpur Primary Health Centre, Kishor Sharma (48), Sarojani Brahma (57) of Bhakatpara village and Ratiram Boro (41) of Sauraguri village. The health department has made arrangements to keep the COVID positive patients under home quarantine.
