DEMOW: HCDG College, Nitaipukhuri, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 14 schools under the Demow Revenue Circle in Sivasagar district to establish academic cooperation and exchange programmes. The initiative, organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the college, aims to enhance the academic environment and promote collaborative learning and extension activities. The MoU outlines a framework for mutual academic support, regular interactions, and shared initiatives between HCDG College and the participating schools. This agreement is expected to provide opportunities for both students and faculty members to engage in enriched learning experiences.

A formal meeting for the signing of the MoU was held on Friday at the conference hall of HCDG College. The meeting was chaired by the principal of HCDG College, Dr Birinchi Kumar Borah, and attended by Debajyoti Gogoi, Inspector of Schools, Sivasagar District, along with professors from the college, headmasters of the participating schools, and teacher representatives.

Dr L.X. Polin Hazarika anchored the proceedings of the event, which marked a significant step towards strengthening the academic network within the region.
