GUWAHATI: The Asom Jatiyatabadi Yuba-Chatra Parishad (AJYCP) has demanded high level investigation into anomalies in Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) and Samagra Gramya Yojana (SGY), on Wednesday. It is to be mentioned that both the schemes come under the Agricultural Department. AJYCP general secretary Palash Changma said that, "Every department of the State government is shackled in corruption. While, corruption occurred in the distribution of tractors under Samagra Gramya Yojana, fake beneficiary lists were provided under PM-KISAN. Because the farmers are being deprived of the benefits."
