Guwahati: The Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan, Assam (AVSA), has released the merit list of 242 selected candidates for various teaching positions in Adarsha Vidyalayas across the state.
According to the Managing Director’s office of AVSA, the selection process evaluated candidates primarily on communication skills and teaching methodology, along with other criteria such as in-depth subject knowledge, teaching aptitude, class demonstration, participatory teaching methods, general knowledge, current affairs, presentation skills, and expertise in co-curricular activities. Selected candidates are required to submit a written consent (undertaking) confirming their willingness to join within two days of the notice through the email address recruitment.avs.assam@ gmail.com. Engagement orders will be issued only upon receipt of the consent letters, the notice stated.
