GUWAHATI: The Border Security Force (BSF) Guwahati Frontier is extending all possible help to the needy villagers along the border belt who are facing scarcity of food due to the imposition of the 21-day lockdown to break the chain of deadly coronavirus. The border population are following the lockdown. However, without work the villagers are facing a food crisis after which Seema Praharies of Guwahati Frontier carried out a relief distribution which will help them for days. Earlier the Border Security Force ( BSF) had contributed one day’s salary of its staffers, to the PM- CARES fund to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, a press release said.
