GUWAHATI: Dispur Police arrested a youth, identified as Madhurya Kalita, on charges of allegedly subjecting his minor girlfriend to physical and mental abuse. According to reports, the accused allegedly assaulted and harassed the girl after she attempted to end their relationship.
