GUWAHATI: The Special Operations Group (SOG) of the West Guwahati Police District (WGPD) and a team from the Gorchuk Police Station arrested one Mehboob Alam of Lalmati from Betkuchi near the ISBT Monday and recovered 11 vials of heroin from his possession along with a Scooty, a mobile phone & Rs 1,280 in cash.
