GUWAHATI: A case (894/19 U/S 406/ 468/ 471/ 420 IPC) was registered by Sooraj Kr Singh at Chandmari police station after being duped into a fake appointment for KV Khanapara. The accused Krishna Medhi alias Bimal Kalita was arrested by Chandmari police from Fancy Bazaar on Friday.
