GUWAHATI: Panic has spread in the city following a series of dog thefts, with miscreants allegedly stealing dogs from public roads. Satgaon Police have arrested three dog thieves in connection with the incidents. The arrested persons have been identified as Jon Kalita, Bakul Gurung and Sanjeev Basumatary.
