Guwahati: An EGPD team from Odalbakra Outpost under Dispur Police Station apprehended two individuals in connection with a recent theft reported from Sribhumi Nagar.
The arrested accused have been identified as Rohit Ray (23), the alleged thief, and Aman Choudhury (24), who was found to be the receiver of the stolen items. Acting on specific inputs, the police team successfully recovered a stolen laptop and a gold pendant.
Legal proceedings have been initiated against both individuals.
