GUWAHATI: The closing ceremony of the 72nd Guwahati Bihu Sanmelani, Latasil, Uzanbazar, was held recently, and this year's Bihu Samragi was awarded in memory of "Anairam Nunisa and Raishmodi Nunisa Bihu Samragi Award 2023."
Pratiksha Rani Borgohain won the Bihu Samragi. Dignitaries Ashok Kumar Bishaya, President, Guwahati Bihu Sammelan; Nilupam Das, General Secretary, Guwahati Bihu Sammelan; and others were present, stated a press release."
