GUWAHATI: An EGPD team from Dispur PS arrested two thieves in connection with the theft of a scooty. The accused have been identified as Kurpan Ali (18) of Mandia and Suraj Kanu (25) of Mathgharia. The duo was apprehended after police recovered the reported stolen scooty from their possession during the operation.
