BENGALURU: Aero India 2025 is set to take off at the Aero India Force Station in Yelahanka, offering a significantly enhanced experience for visitors, exhibitors, and delegates.
With key infrastructure upgrades and better amenities, this edition aims to set new standards for aerospace exhibitions, promising a smoother, larger, and more visitor-friendly event.
In response to past challenges, extensive improvements have been made to optimize entry, movement, and connectivity. There has been close coordination between the Ministry of Defence, Indian Air Force (IAF), Bengaluru Traffic Police, BBMP, NHAI, and Namma Metro. Key roads leading to the venue have been widened, reducing congestion and improving traffic flow.
Additionally, AC Volvo shuttle buses will be available for free transport from various city locations to Air Force Station Yelahanka, further easing traffic.
Security and emergency preparedness have also been prioritized. Red drone zones have been designated, with countermeasures in place to prevent unauthorized drone activity.
Rapid Mobile Units will provide emergency support, and mock drills are being conducted with multiple agencies to ensure effective contingency plans.
The exhibitor and visitor experience has been enhanced with larger, better-ventilated exhibition halls, additional seating, food courts, and improved signage for easier navigation. Multiple medical aid posts and water points are strategically placed throughout the venue.
A robust multi-layered security system, in collaboration with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Bengaluru Police, and other agencies, will ensure safety through enhanced protocols, real-time CCTV monitoring, and dedicated screening zones for visitors, exhibitors, and VIPs.
A dedicated Aero India 2025 mobile app has been launched to provide live updates, event schedules, and navigation assistance, addressing past connectivity issues. Additionally, airspace management plans have been implemented for safe aircraft movements and demonstrations during the event.
